Posh's Wembley win boosts pride in city

Peterborough United's historic Wembley victory has boosted civic pride, according to people who live in the city.
Posh beat Birmingham City 2-0 to become the first club to retain the EFL Trophy.
Susan Broccoli, of We Love Peterborough, external, said: "When you have a win like this, it puts the city on the map.
"Fans are feeling good about the team and good about the win and they feel good about living in the city. It puts a nice positive spin on things."

Pep Cipriano said Posh wins have a positive "knock-on effect" on businesses
Pep Cipriano, chief operating officer of the city's Business Improvement District, Peterborough Positive, said he had " a spring in his feet" and the win had made "people feel proud".
He added: "It is about the vibe: we are from Peterborough, we are an important team, we just won a major game.
"It's historic as well - two years in a row. It makes people feel proud of the city."

Paul Searle said the win was "good for business"
Paul Searle, who watched the game at home, said: "It brings everyone together.
"It is good for the community and good for businesses."
Peterborough fan Nilesh Patel, who was at the game, said: "It's brilliant for the fans, the club and hopefully the whole city."

Michaela Loffler said Posh gives a "lift to the city"
Michaela Loffler said: "When Posh plays in town it is rammed solid.
"Everyone is singing and cheering and when they win it's goes mental."

Posh had about 20,000 supporters at Wembley
Peterborough United's boss, Darren Ferguson, became the first manager to win the competition three times.
It was also Posh's fifth straight win at Wembley.
The win draws them level with Bristol City as the most successful side in the competition's history.
