A man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a 25-year-old.

Matthew Guthrie, of Lytham St Annes, was found with serious head injuries on Henry Street, Lytham, in the early hours of 18 June 2023, Lancashire Police said.

He died in hospital the following day.

A 21-year-old man, of Newsham Gardens, Kirkham, has been bailed to appear before Lancaster Magistrates' Court on 5 July.
