Man treated in hospital following serious crash

The drivers of both vehicles were checked over by paramedics and one person was taken to hospital

A man in his 30s is being treated in hospital following a serious crash.

Officers were called to reports of an early morning collision on the A46 near Grumbolds Ash in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, at the cross roads for the A41350.

A black Nissan Qashqai and a grey Peugeot boxer van collided at about 05:40 BST, police said. The occupants of both vehicles were checked over by paramedics at the scene and one man was taken to hospital for further treatment.

Road closures were put in place but have since been lifted.
