Road closed 'until further notice' due to sinkhole

A road in Derbyshire's High Peak has been closed "until further notice" after a sinkhole opened up.
The sinkhole appeared on the A6015 Hayfield Road, at Low Leighton near the High Hill Road junction.
Derbyshire County Council, which was alerted to the issue on Sunday, said it "could not keep the road open safely".
A diversion is in place while the cause is being investigated.
The council said: "We are investigating the cause, along with United Utilities.
"Until we know what caused the sinkhole, we are unable to say how long the road will be closed. But we are doing all we can to get this issue resolved."
In a social media post on Monday, the council warned the diversion would be long for some drivers.
It said: "We're putting in the official diversion shortly, but this will be quite long for HGVs because of a low bridge at Chinley and a weight limit on the B6101 at Strines."
A United Utilities spokesperson added: "We are assisting the council with their investigation into the sinkhole.
"Once this has been completed, we'll be able to assess what repairs need to be undertaken."
