Second boy charged with teenager's murder

A second boy has been charged with the murder of a teenager who was stabbed in Birmingham city centre.
Muhammad Hassam Ali, 17, was fatally injured in Victoria Square on 20 January and later died.
The 16-year-old appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday where he was remanded in custody to next appear at the city's crown court on 15 July.
A 15-year-old boy is currently in custody awaiting trial.
