A woman accused of murdering her three-year-old daughter in Leeds has appeared in court.
Pippa McGrath, 47, is charged with the murder of Hope McGrath whose body was found inside a house on Austhorpe Court, Colton, on 30 July.
West Yorkshire Police previously said officers had discovered Hope's body after they were called to the cul-de-sac following a report of a concern for safety.
Ms McGrath, of Austhorpe Court, appeared via videolink during her second hearing at Leeds Crown Court, with a further case management hearing set for 24 October.
During the hearing, the court heard a provisional trial date had been set for 24 February and was expected to take two weeks.
Psychiatric reports were being prepared to establish her fitness to plead, the hearing was told, with Ms McGrath remanded in custody.
Toxicology and pathology reports were also being obtained, the court heard.
