A man has been taken to hospital after a fire at a garage in Bilston.
Three fire engines and a fire response vehicle were sent to Old Fallings Lane just before 07:30 GMT.
The fire was in the garage of a house with smoke affecting the entire property, West Midlands Fire Service said.
One man was rescued and treated for smoke inhalation before going to New Cross Hospital for further treatment.
No-one was else was injured with everyone accounted for and the fire was safely extinguished, the spokesperson added.
