Search for missing man, 85, enters sixth day

A search for a missing 85-year-old man in Kent has entered its sixth day.

Patrick Williams, from Sheerness, was reported missing at about at 09:55 GMT on Christmas Day, with his last known location believed to have been the Marine Parade area, police said.

He is about 5ft 7in (1.7m), of a slim build, with white or grey hair, a beard and wears glasses.

"Patrick sometimes gets confused and there are growing concerns for his welfare," a police spokesperson said.

Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the force.
