Arrest after 'threats to kill and arson'

A man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, threats to kill and arson.

Thames Valley Police said it received reports of threads to kill on Wood Farm Road in Oxford at about 13:00 BST.

The force said the 45-year-old arrested man, from Oxford, remained in custody.

Officers added the road had reopened following an earlier closure, when fire crews also attended the scene.
