Murder charges after man hit by car outside pub

Three men have been charged with murder after a man who was hit by a car on Christmas Day died.
Kirk Marsden was seriously injured outside The Gate Bar and Grill on the corner of Moorgate Street, Blackburn, just after 16:45 GMT on Wednesday, Lancashire Constabulary said.
The 37-year-old, who was from the town, was taken to Royal Preston Hospital where he died on Boxing Day.
Thomas Ward, 58, of no fixed address, Michael O'Neill, 35, of New Wellington Street, Blackburn and James Ward, 26, of no fixed address, have been charged with murder and are due in court in Preston later.
'Our hero'
Lancashire Police said a Toyota Land Cruiser had been recovered from a car park on Brindle Street.
It had travelled from Moorgate Street and down Livesey Branch Road after the incident.
Det Ch Insp Bryony Midgley said: " We are still appealing for witnesses to come forward.
"This incident started with an altercation in The Gate.
"We can see from the CCTV that there are a number of witnesses who we have not yet spoken to.
"If this is you, I ask that you please make contact with my team."
In a tribute, Mr Marsden's family said: "To our hero, spread your wings far and wide.
"Your partner Leanne and your babies love you millions.
"You really were like no other."
