Two suspects sought after man stabbed in Exeter

A man is in hospital in Exeter with serious injuries after being stabbed in the leg.

Police said they were trying to identify two men after the stabbing in the Newcourt area just after midnight on Tuesday.

The suspects were described as wearing face coverings, dressed in dark clothing and were using electric scooters before the incident.

The force said it was believed to be an isolated incident and asked anyone with information or footage to come forward.

A scene guard is in place at Blakeslee Drive while inquiries continue.
