Blackpool Air Show returns this weekend, featuring the Red Arrows, AeroSuperBatic Wingwalkers and the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

The Red Arrows will once again open the show on Saturday, and close the event on Sunday.

High winds meant a Saturday display by the army sky-diving team the Red Devils had to be cancelled, and forced The RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight to be rescheduled for later in the day.

Organisers of the free show in the seaside town promise to showcase the very best in British aviation.

The Air Show Village on the Tower Festival Headland has stalls, attractions and food stalls.

Where is the Blackpool Air Show 2025?

The Blackpool Air Show takes place over the Irish Sea, just off the coast of Blackpool.

The best place to watch is from Tower Festival Headland along Blackpool seafront, across the road from Blackpool Tower.

You should be able to get a good view of the action anywhere between the North Pier and Central Pier.

How do I get there?

The seafront is easily accessible by tram or bus, and it is a 15-minute walk from Blackpool North Railway Station.

Organisers urge those driving to park early as demand for public car parks is expected to be high.

What time does it start and finish?

The Red Arrows open the show later - at 14:00 BST. Flypasts continue until the RAF Typhoon end the day at 17:18.

On Sunday, the RAF Typhoons are the first attraction in the sky at 13:55, and the last planes will be the Red Arrows at 17:00.

On both days, expect to see wingwalkers, daring displays, and a collection of aircraft past and present.
