Further man charged over seafront protests

A 31-year-old man from Portland has become the latest to be charged in connection with disorder in Weymouth.
About 400 anti-immigration protesters and 200 Stand Up to Racism demonstrators gathered on The Esplanade on 4 August.
James Hepburn appeared before Poole magistrates on Saturday charged with encouraging or assisting in the commission of offences of murder believing one or more will be committed.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Bournemouth Crown Court for a plea hearing on 12 September.
