Two arrested for fraud amid ticket scams probe

Two people have been arrested by police investigating allegations of "significant ticket fraud" relating to concerts in Cardiff.
A 32-year-old woman from Neath and a 27-year-old man from St Mellons, Cardiff, have been arrested on suspicion of fraud and are currently in custody.
Det Sgt Grant Phillips said South Wales Police has been investigating "large-scale ticket fraud via a WhatsApp group involving concerts in Cardiff".
The Welsh capital is hosting about 30 big gigs this summer with Taylor Swift in the city on Tuesday a week after a sellout performance by Pink at the Principality Stadium.
