Plans to build new commercial units at a Lincolnshire business park have been submitted.
Leicester-based Boxpod Commercial Units wants to create 23 new units on Enterprise Way in Endeavour Park, at Wyberton Fen, near Boston.
The proposed scheme would generate six plots, each with a varying number of individual units, the developer said.
The application has been submitted to Boston Borough Council.
It states that the proposed buildings were of a scale typical of other industrial/commercial buildings on the site, but significantly smaller than existing units on adjoining plots.
It added: “The existing site is within a defined development area [and] it is proposed to develop part of plot 14 with small and medium-sized commercial units."
Parking layout has also been considered for each plot, including provision for both disabled and non-disabled parking, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
