Road closed after flat fire in Clevedon

Emergency services have responded to a fire in a flat in Clevedon.

Avon Fire and Rescue Service were called shortly before 08:30 BST on Sunday to the residence on Victoria Road.

Avon and Somerset Police also attended, along with ambulance crews - there are no reported injuries or casualties at this stage.

Road closures are likely to be in place on Victoria Road for some time and an investigation into the incident is ongoing, the fire service added.
