Passengers have been warned there are no trams between two stations on the West Midlands network due to "essential works".

West Midlands Metro said there would be no service between Wednesbury Parkway and Wolverhampton, with trams in operation only between the former and Edgbaston Village.

West Midlands Railway trains between Wolverhampton and Birmingham may be used by people with Metro season tickets and passes.

Alternative transport is also available on National Express 79 buses between Wednesbury bus station and Wolverhampton. The timetable for this service was enhanced to connect with the first and last trams.
