Woman killed in home after knife threats, inquest hears

A man who killed a woman in her house told police he was "guilty as charged" and claimed he had "just killed a Nazi in there", an inquest has heard.
Lisa Fraser, 52, was found dead at her home on Military Road in Pembroke Dock on 13 May 2022 with "multiple sharp force injuries".
Matthew Harris, 41, was found sitting on the top step of the property by police after officers received reports of a man threatening people with a "large knife".
The inquest into Ms Fraser's death in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, heard from witnesses who had seen Harris acting "strange" in the hours leading up to the killing.

When he was charged with murder, criminal damage, threats to kill and robbery on 15 May, Harris told police: "I am insane and need help."
Harris was remanded to HMP Swansea before being transferred to Long Lartin prison, Worcestershire.
On 27 May 2022, he attempted to take his life, and died a day later at a local hospital.
The inquest heard written evidence from James Frank Jarrett, who encountered Mr Harris a day before the killing.
He described him as making "mumbling noises" and "not in a good place" with his eyes "rolling all over the place".
PC James Lang-Ford told the inquest that police had been sent to the address after reports of a man threatening people with a "large knife."
When police arrived, they found a man sitting on a step outside the property who told them "I've just killed a Nazi in there".
The man confirmed to police his name was Matthew Harris.
Firearms officer PC Jonathan Sable told the inquest that Mr Harris appeared on Military Road with his hands in the air as he crossed the road towards them and they viewed him as a "potential threat".
He noticed that the man had blood on his feet and a streak of blood on his face.
Shortly after, Lisa Fraser was found dead inside her home and had "suffered a significant amount of blood loss".
At 08:45, Matthew Harris was arrested on suspicion of murder to which he replied "guilty as charged".
Det Constable Amy Tallboys conducted a number of interviews with Matthew Harris after he was arrested.
