A key railway line in Gloucestershire is blocked while emergency services respond to an incident.

The incident occurred between Ashchurch for Tewkesbury and Worcester Shrub Hill on Sunday afternoon, Great Western Railway (GWR) said.

Services between Gloucester and Worcester Foregate Street Via Cheltenham Spa and Worcester Shrub Hill may be cancelled or delayed.

GWR said the disruption is expected to last until the end of the day, and customers are being asked to check for updates on the company's website before they travel.
