Police investigating a fatal crash have issued an appeal for witnesses to come forward.

Gloucestershire Police said the emergency services were called to the collision on the A40 Benhall Roundabout in Cheltenham at about 00:40 GMT on Sunday.

Theo Welsh, 36, who was travelling inside a white Porsche at the time, died at the scene.

Officers are now hoping to speak to the driver of a white SUV, who they believe may have witnessed what happened and have key information.

The force said four people, arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and who were in separate vehicles to the Porsche, have been released under investigation.
