The Maritime Museum won the Welcome accolade and La Hougue Bie Tearoom was awarded the Quality Food and Drink accolade.
Morgan Ward, head of visitor services at Jersey Heritage, said the recognition meant "a huge amount to our team".
Mr Ward congratulated the team for maintaining high standards which "continue to impress the Visit England assessors".
All six Jersey Heritage visitor sites were given the Visit England Quality Rose Marque after having received high assessment scores.
Although the organisation supports tourism businesses in England, Jersey Heritage said it had signed up to the organisation's quality assessment scheme.
Mr Ward said: "These national awards are about providing an outstanding experience for visitors and mean a huge amount to our team at Jersey Heritage."
