Cleo will be protecting the streets of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

A dog who was going to be put down after she was found malnourished and tied to a lamppost has found a new lease of life and become a police dog.
Cleo is one of six new recruits helping to keep the streets of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough safe.
After she was found abandoned last year, a kennel provider realised her aptitude for learning, and she was offered to the military, the Prison Service and the police as a service dog.
The two-year-old Belgian Malinois, who has been teamed up with handler PC Becky Clark, graduated alongside Boz, Obi, Armour, Zeus and Kylo.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said it had been a "pawsome effort from all", praised the "wonderfully trained dogs and their handlers", and thanked them "for keeping us safe".
