A second suspect has been identified in an ongoing murder investigation.
Cumali Turhan, 45, went missing after he left a pub on Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, shortly after midnight on 19 November.
Ceyhan Dinler, 38, from Chelmsford, is wanted by Essex Police in connection with the disappearance of Mr Turhan.
Det Ch Insp Louise Metcalfe, said: "This is an extremely challenging investigation, with a missing man at its heart, we are determined to get answers for his family and bring those responsible to justice."
Mr Dinler left the country via London Stansted Airport on the same day as Mr Turhan was last in contact with anyone, said police.
Essex Police said significant evidence had been found on Duke Street, Chelmsford, and detectives believed Mr Turhan was dead and his body had been disposed of in a bin.
Ciprian Ilie, 44, of no fixed address, has been charged with assisting an offender and preventing the decent and lawful burial of a body. He will appear in court in December.
Det Ch Insp Metcalfe added: "It is more than two weeks since Cumali's disappearance and teams of officers from across Essex Police are working hard to understand what has happened to him."
Essex Police has urged anyone who might have more information to come forward to help them with inquiries.
