An investigation is underway after two road sweepers were set on fire at a truck hire centre.

A man was seen entering Wildmoor Truck and Plant Ltd in Mill Lane, Wildmoor, near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, at about 21:40 GMT on Thursday, West Mercia Police said.

Two vehicles were then set alight.

The force said the blazes were being treated as arson.

Officers said the man "was seen crouching by the vehicles before a large flame erupted".

He then walked towards two large containers in the yard before another vehicle was set alight.

The man was described as being dressed in black with a black face covering, wearing reflective trainers and carrying a black rucksack.
