Three people were taken to hospital for checks after a chemical leak prompted the evacuation of a commercial property in Derby.

Emergency services were called to a premises on Princes Street after the leak was reported.

Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said it managed to isolate the leak, while East Midlands Ambulance Service dealt with 24 people at the scene.

People are advised to avoid the area.
