Fourth person charged over fatal stabbing of teen

A fourth person has been charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of a teenager in Bristol.

Eddie Kinuthia, 19, died after being attacked at about 23:00 BST on 21 July, 2023, close to his home in the Grosvenor Road area of St Pauls, Bristol.

Remi Hitchcock, 29, of Easton has now also been charged over his death.

Zachariah Talbert Young, 26, of Easton, Paul Elijah Hayden, 21, of Hanham and Cartell Williams, 28, of no fixed abode, were previously charged with murder.

Mr Hitchcock is accused of storing and later removing an e-bike connected to the killing and due to appear alongside the three other defendants for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Bristol Crown Court on 31 March.

Mr Talbert Young and Mr Hayden are further charged with attempted murder in connection with the stabbing of a teenager at the junction of Easton Road and Easton Way on 2 February 2024.
