Biker seriously injured in A9 crash

Police are appealing for information after a biker was seriously injured in a crash on the A9 at Kildary in Easter Ross.
The collision - which involved an orange Keeway TX 125 motorbike and a black BMW series 3 car happened at about 20:30 on Sunday.
Police said the motorbike rider, a 26-year-old man, had been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where his condition was described as serious.
The driver of the car did not require medical treatment.
The A9 was closed for about eight hours between Kildary and Kilmuir while an investigation was carried out.
Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with relevant dash cam footage to come forward.
