Appeal after 11-year-old girl has bike stolen

An 11-year-old girl had her bike stolen after she was pushed off it, police have said.

It happened on Friday between 18:00 and 18:30 BST in the area of Creepy Valley, near Les Quennevais cycle track, St. Brelade.

States of Jersey Police said the girl had a "slight injury to her finger" and her bike was found damaged nearby.

Officers said the two suspects were dressed in balaclavas, dark clothes and believed to be aged about 14 or 15 years old. They added one of the suspects had a black electric scooter.
