A 31-year-old man, who died at a property in Worcestershire on Monday, has been described by his family as a "beautiful soul".

Jo Millard was found unresponsive at a house on Oak Apple Close in Stourport at about 09:50 BST on Monday, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 36-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail, said West Mercia Police.

"Our family is broken at the loss of our beautiful Joe," his mum said in a statement issued by police on behalf of the family.

Police in white overalls are outside a house in Oak Apple Close. The road has houses on both sides and cars parked in the street and in driveways. An officer can be seen in a hi-vis jacket further away.
