Rail passengers are being warned of disruption due to a heavily reduced service between Hereford and Birmingham New Street.

West Midlands Railway said services running through the stations may be cancelled or revised until the end of the day on Sunday.

The company posted on its X account that this was due to a train crew issue at its depot and that buses are therefore running instead of trains between the two railway stations.

National Rail advised passengers to check their journey before they travel.
