Reminder for companies to file annual validations

All companies, charities and non-profit organisations registered with the Guernsey registry on or before 1 December must file an annual submission, the government has said.

The annual validations must be filed by 28 February using Guernsey Registry's online services portal.

Those which do not file an annual validation by the deadline will be liable to a civil penalty, the States said.

There are a number of drop-in sessions for charities and non-profit organisations in the lead up to the deadline.

The drop-ins will take place at Room 1 at Les Cotils from 12:00 until 14:00 GMT on 4, 6, 11, 13, 18 and 20 February.

Annual validation assistance will also be available in Alderney on 8 January and 25 February at the Alderney Court House.
