Police appeal after teenager stabbed in town centre

Police are appealing for information after a teenager was stabbed in a town centre attack.
Officers were called to St Stephen's Lane in Ipswich at about 23:58 BST on Saturday where they found the victim with with "two puncture wounds" to his leg.
The victim - thought to be in his late teens - was taken to hospital by ambulance in a serious condition but his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
The stabbing happened after an "altercation" involving a group of males, including one believed to be holding a knife.
The suspects are described as wearing grey or dark clothing with their hoods up and are believed to have left the scene on foot, some running in the direction of Upper Brook Street and Dial Lane.
Anyone with information is asked to call Suffolk Police on 101.
