Several parcels were taken after two delivery drivers were targeted by a gang of armed robbers, police have said.

A delivery driver was robbed by three suspects, one of whom was reported to be carrying a knife, in St John's Avenue in Braintree, between 10:30 BST and 11:00 on Tuesday.

Essex Police was then told another delivery driver was robbed by five suspects in Keeble Way in the town between 09:00 and 10:30 on Wednesday.

The force appealed for anyone with information or any doorbell or dashcam footage to contact officers.

In the Keeble Way incident, police said one of the suspects was once again believed to be carrying a knife - and that they left in a silver Lexus.
