Man exposes himself near Devon college

Police are investigating after a man exposed himself near a college in Devon.

Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called to the indecent exposure incident on the canal path near Tavistock Community College at 07:50 BST on Thursday.

Officers attended and carried out an area search for the man but he was not located, police said.

Local teams will be carrying out additional reassurance patrols in the area, police added.

Police said the man was described as aged between 50 and 60.

He was about 5ft 8-10in tall and of medium build with longish grey hair and stubble.

He was wearing a burgundy short-sleeved shirt and blue jeans and he had a blue Bag for Life with him.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the suspect or has information about the incident to come forward.
