Body found in search for missing Hassocks woman

Police investigating the disappearance of a woman from a village in Sussex said a body has been found.

Sussex Police confirmed that a woman's body was found in Hassocks, West Sussex, on Sunday.

The family of 38-year-old Rebecca Holdham, who has been missing from her home in the village since 7 September, have been informed and are being supported by officers, said the force.

It said enquiries were "ongoing to confirm the woman's identity".
