Child hit by car suffers life-threatening injuries

Two children have been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police said one child suffered life-threatening injuries in the incident, which happened at Ransdale Road near the junction with Ramsey Street at about 18:30 GMT.
Police said a man, understood to be the driver of a silver Toyota Yaris, was arrested at the scene.
The force is appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to help them with their inquiries.
