Factory unit blaze tackled by 30 firefighters

Seven fire appliances are at the scene of the blaze at a factory unit on the Halesfield 5 industrial estate

A blaze at a factory in Telford involved 30 firefighters at its height.

Crews were called to the Halesfield 5 industrial estate at about 19:00 BST, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said.

Thirty firefighters and seven appliances were at the scene during the fire's peak, but it was brought under control and was prevented from spreading.

The cause of the fire, which is now out, is under investigation, the fire service says.
