Three men taken to hospital after country road crash

Three men were taken to hospital after a single car crash in Fife.

Police Scotland said the incident, which involved a black Volkswagen Golf, happened on the A915, near Upper Largo, at about 00:45.

The 25-year-old driver and a 23-year-old man were admitted to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee with serious injuries.

A second passenger, aged 19, was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy with minor injuries and later discharged.

Sgt Mike Thomson said: "Our inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of this crash.

"I am asking any drivers who were driving on that part of the A915 or anyone in the area at the time to please get in touch with any information."

He also urged anyone with dash cam footage to contact officers, external.
