Man in life-threatening condition after A4 crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision between a motorcyclist and a cyclist.

Wiltshire Police said the crash happened at about 17:10 BST eastbound on the A4, West Kennett, towards Marlborough on Wednesday.

Both parties were taken to hospital, with the cyclist, a man in his 60s, suffering potentially life threatening injuries.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, has injuries which are not thought to be life threatening.

Police are encouraging anyone who saw what happened or anyone who may have dash cam footage of the incident to contact them.
