The Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels have reopened after a fire at a nearby building on Tuesday evening.
At its height, about 70 firefighters tackled the flames at the industrial unit on Tunnel Avenue, Greenwich, south-east London. The fire has been brought under control.
Some surrounding routes were closed due to thick smoke causing poor visibility for drivers.
Although the river crossings reopened overnight, some roads remain closed, including Tunnel Avenue, Blackwall Lane and the Blackwall Lane slip road leading to the northbound Blackwall Tunnel.

Fire crews worked through the night to put out the flames
Firefighters were called to the scene at about 18:15 GMT and used two 100ft (32m) turntable ladders as water towers to extinguish the fire from above.
Two people were advised to leave a neighbouring property as a precaution, but there were no reports of any injuries.
Having worked through the night to put out flames, some firefighters remain at the scene on Wednesday morning, London Fire Brigade said.
The cause of the fire is currently not known.
