Motorists advised to avoid A40 after crash
- Published
One of Oxford's busiest roads and a park and ride service have been closed by police after a crash involving two vehicles.
Thames Valley Police has closed the A40 road Oxford bound and the Thornhill Park and Ride following the collision.
The closures will remain in place while police investigate the crash, which happened at the junction with the park and ride earlier.
There are long tailbacks in both directions and motorists have been advised to "avoid the area at this time".
