Plans to convert historic Herefordshire farm buildings into six holiday homes are back on track.

Consent is being sought to convert a grade II mill building at Cobnash Farm on the B4360 between Kingsland and Leominster, into flats.

Built and later adapted in the 19th century, the water-powered corn mill later served as a cider mill, the application said.

The development would see the site converted into two and three-bedroom holiday apartments, with the ground floor serving as recreational space.

Plans show the old mill wheel would remain as a feature in the new property.

Listed building consent has been given for the project for the second time, after it lapsed on the property.

However, building plans will have to be approved separately by Herefordshire Council for the work to take place.
