A woman has sustained a serious hip injury after being assaulted, police have said.

The altercation happened shortly before 19:00 BST on June 16, near the Waitrose car park and King George V Skatepark in Melksham, Wiltshire.

Wiltshire Police said the woman, in her 30s, was assaulted by two people, following a dispute involving their children.

Anybody who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police.
