Man accused of exposing himself to woman and child

Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident where a man allegedly exposed himself to a woman with a child.

Gloucestershire Police said the incident happened on the High Street in Cheltenham just outside Lush Cosmetics at about 16.00 GMT on 12 December.

The man was described to have walked past the woman, who was with a child, before exposing himself.

A 47-year-old man arrested on suspicion of an act of outraging public decency was later released on bail pending further enquiries.

A different member of the public witnessed what happened and called police.
