Joe Wicks runs 5k with locals in Eastbourne

Fitness coach and presenter Joe Wicks hosted a 5k run in East Sussex.
Over a hundred people turned up to take part in the event, which started from Eastbourne Pier.
Despite the rain, Mr Wicks said the morning run was "brilliant", and that everyone involved was "smiling".
Mr Wicks became a household name after he livestreamed PE lessons during the first Covid lockdown.
The fitness coach also visited Parkland School in East Sussex as part of his wider tour of schools in the UK.
Speaking to BBC Radio Sussex after finishing his run, Mr Wicks said for him the events were about "community", and that they helped to get people "off of the sofa and out".
Mr Wicks said he enjoyed helping "lift" the mood of people.
Richard Campbell, who took part in the 5k run, said it was a "lovely" event.
"What Joe did over the lockdown was so inspirational for my family and my kids," he added.
"He just became a real character in our house."
