Motorway shut after man fell from bridge

Police said the man was found near Junction 9 for Park Gate/Fareham shortly after 08:30 GMT

A stretch of motorway was closed after a man fell from a bridge.
The M27 was initially shut in both directions between junctions 9 and 11 near Fareham, Hampshire, after the 21-year-old was found at about 08:30 GMT.
Both carriageways have has since reopened.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary said the man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries and had been taken to hospital.
