The owners of a restaurant at La Pulente in Jersey have again applied to turn part of the building into accommodation.

Nude Dunes closed in November 2023 and has been empty since.

Last year developers applied for a small cafe, next to the self-catering flat, with a large terrace, which was refused.

The revised plan, external includes a bigger cafe space and slightly smaller flat.

In July 2024, about 250 people gathered on a nearby beach to protest against "overdevelopment and privatisation" of Jersey's coastline.

Planning will consider the amended proposal.
