Camp Bestival, a music festival curated with families in mind, is taking place in Dorset.

This year's headliners Sir Tom Jones, the Sugarbabes and Basement Jaxx appear on a varied bill alongside children's favourites Blippi and CBeebies.

The four-day annual event, which opened on Thursday, is held at Lulworth Castle, near the Jurassic Coast.

It features live music, theatre, immersive shows, circus performers and craft activities.

New for 2025 is the Slomo Wellbeing Festival, described by organisers as a "festival-within-a-festival" and a "haven of calm amidst the festival buzz".

The area is hosting a wellbeing programme for all ages, including breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound baths, chillout DJs and cooking demos.
