Parents who have been involved in family court proceedings have been asked to share their experiences.

The Jersey Family Justice Council (JFJC) has asked parents and carers to complete a survey to explain what worked, what did not work, and to suggest ideas about how the process could be improved.

The JFJC was launched in 2024 with a mission to oversee the performance, operation and reform of the family justice system with a view to making sure children have the best possible outcomes and families the most positive experience.

The survey of 24 questions, external is anonymous, the JFJC added.
