A road has been closed in both directions after a crash in which two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Avon and Somerset Police said the A38 Gloucester Road North, in Filton, South Gloucestershire, is closed inbound from Gipsy Patch Lane to Filton Avenue and outbound from Filton Roundabout to Gipsy Patch Lane.
Traffic monitoring site Inrix first reported the closure just before 13:00 BST.
Emergency services remain on the scene carrying out enquiries.
Witnesses to the collision, anyone who was travelling in the area at the time or anyone with information in relation to the incident, is urged to contact police.
